bio (short + sweet)

When I was 8, I used Microsoft Paint for the first time to make things. I never stopped making things. I continue to make things for many people. I would love to make a thing, or several things for your company, and even become friends with you in the process.

bio (long + fancy)

I began my career at the tender age of 8, when I began coding and selling website templates to Neopets users. My parents wisely told me that perhaps I shouldn’t be talking to strangers on the internet, but that didn’t stop me from continuing to pursue a love of digital art.

By the time I entered college, I wanted to be a nurse and pursue art on the side– however, an amazing chain of events made it possible for me to enter a four-year graphic design program and complete it within two years. In that time I won many awards, but more importantly, I met amazing people and was formally trained in graphic design by my extremely knowledgeable (and patient) professors.

Less than a week after graduation, I began an internship at the world’s largest public relations firm as part of their creative department. Within this time I have designed material for clients such as Nestle, Yamaha, MailChimp, Juice Plus supplements, the Florida Department of Citrus, and the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority.

In my spare time, I freelance for several smaller clients, including an organization that supports foster care families in Georgia. I also enjoy reading, traveling, and planning my upcoming wedding to my best friend. We are living in the beautiful, bustling greater Atlanta area.

I would love to meet you and see how I can help your company blossom through a fresh take on social media, a brand refresh, motion graphics, or anything else you may have in mind.
